創意廚師徐蒝,保留中國糕點的天然手作傳統,選用天然食材,而加入現代時尚的口味與造型, 設計成一系列香港獨有的創意糕點。

 

所有出品不含任何添加劑,防腐劑,人造色素;更棄除一般過份的塑膠獨立包裝,支持環保。所以只宜新鮮食用。

糕點,原本就應該是新鮮吃的。

“Go" is actually the cantonese phonetic of the Chinese character for "cakes" including puddings,snacks and pastries.While the French have their fancy pastries, the Japanese have their beautiful wagashi, it's time for a international food hub like Hong kong to have our own signature  Chinese "go"s.

Contemporary Chinese  Chef Margaret Xu decided to merge traditional Chinese handmade cake culture with contemporary flavours and style, hence created a range of  creative "go"s reflecting Hong Kong's unique  cosmopolitan tastes.

All products are free of additives, preservatives and msg. And we deliberately avoided all those unnecessary plastic packaging to support the environment.So they are really made for fresh consumption only.

That's how cakes were originally meant to be. Eaten fresh.
